I fell in love with the Planmed Clarity™ S mammography unit at first glance. It’s a beautiful device with a sleek design and comfortable surface material. The image quality of this full-field digital mammography unit is superior. We see it every day when we compare images taken with our previous CR plate reader with the new ones taken with Planmed Clarity S. Despite the improved image quality, the unit provides significantly lower radiation doses than our previous device.
The unit is driven by an electric motor, which improves ergonomics and reduces the workload of the radiographer. After the study, we often receive feedback from our customers that the compression did not feel as painful as before.
